Paolo’s Ristorante Reston is proud to announce a special guest appearance by Chef Abdul Hash Housh, Chef of Neyla Restaurant in Georgetown, and sister restaurant to Paolo’s. Chef Hash Housh will offer a sampling of classic Lebanese Mezza, a “sharing” that shows how the country celebrates at her table. Hot and Cold samplings inspired by recipes from generation to generation will be prepared, and Chef Hash Housh will share his secrets to making these traditional dishes in the comfort of your own home.
